About the Process

Carbonic Maceration Honey Process : The process, involves whole coffee cherry fermentation in a sealed, oxygen free co2 rich which is later pulped and dried with the mucilage on the coffee parchment. This innovative method brings out tropical fruit, red berries, and floral notes with a syrupy sweetness and wine like acidity.
