About the Process

Carbonic Maceration Honey Process Coffee : The process, involves whole coffee cherry fermentation in a sealed, oxygen free co2 rich which is later pulped and dried with the mucilage on the coffee parchment. This innovative method brings out tropical fruit, red berries, and floral notes with a syrupy sweetness and wine like acidity.

Washed Process Coffee : Also called wet processed coffee, is made by removing the coffee cherry’s outer layers with water before drying the beans. After harvesting, the fruit is depulped, fermented to break down the sticky mucilage, thoroughly washed, and then dried. This method highlights the coffee's bright, clean flavors and lively acidity.
