Shipping Policy –

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Roasting & Dispatch
Coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure freshness. During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier service
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed
Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, order weight and courier rates. Any additional surcharges for remote areas will be communicated where applicable.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number or order number will be shared via email or SMS to monitor shipment status.
6. Risk & Ownership
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.
7. Failed Delivery & Reattempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability or refusal to accept the package:
The courier may attempt redelivery
Additional shipping charges may apply for redispatch
8. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier service disruptions
Weather conditions or natural events
Customs clearance (for international shipments)
However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delays where possible.
9. International Shipping (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and import regulations
Delivery timelines may vary significantly depending on destination country and customs processing
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
Provide supporting evidence (photos, tracking details)
We will coordinate with the courier and offer a replacement or resolution where appropriate.
