2. Products & Services
We specialize in roasted coffee and related products. Due to the agricultural nature of coffee, variations in flavor, aroma and appearance are natural and do not constitute defects.

3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Correct pricing or listing errors

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in NPR and may change without notice

  • Full payment is may be required before order processing

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before order fulfillment

5. Grind Size Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate grind size for their brewing method. We are not liable for dissatisfaction due to incorrect grind selection.

6. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one promotion may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept those terms.

9. Intellectual Property
All content including logos, branding, text and images, is the property of the roastery and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

10. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product
